Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Factory 11 SimSports specializes in digital racing setups for iRacing simulation. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Therefore, we maintain a no-refund policy for all digital purchases.

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If there are technical problems preventing access to purchased content
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same setup multiple times
• Service Failure: If we fail to deliver the purchased content within a reasonable timeframe
• Billing Errors: If there are errors in payment processing

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase
• Provide your order confirmation details
• Clearly explain the issue you're experiencing
• Include any relevant screenshots or error messages

4. What We Cannot Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Setups that don't meet personal performance expectations
• Difficulty in using or understanding the setups
• Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (except for technical issues)
• Setups that have been successfully downloaded and accessed

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Discord Access

Access to our Discord community and support channels will be revoked if a refund is processed for any purchase that included Discord access.

7. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
